Gibbons said Buyout health needs under the microscope
Dir Nevada Jim Gibbons lifted its efforts to develop additional regulatory control, United Health Group’s $ 2.6 billion acquisition of Sierra Health Services.

He invited the Department of Justice to examine the cases of anti-competitive effects and said he welcomes the Federal Trade Commission’s participation in the review process.
